The course takes place over 3 weeks. It is a combination of lectures, some video, and worksheets to use along the way in the course. It is suggested you print out the worksheets each week to follow along and do some journaling throughout the week.

Registration opens Tuesday, October 8th through the week and the course officially begins Tuesday, October 15th . Over the course of the three weeks, a new module will open each week.
